1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and 01jili, an online gaming platform operating under the jurisdiction and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing 01jili services via the website 01jili.cam, mobile applications, or any other authorized channel, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using 01jili and refrain from creating an account or placing wagers. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You warrant that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is legal and permitted under local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 01jili does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts based on geographic location.

2.3 Account Creation

To participate in real-money gaming on 01jili, you must create a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or fraudulent information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. 2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 01jili implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing withdrawal requests, we may require you to submit the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or Postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face
• Payment method verification (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement, or credit card front image with middle digits obscured)

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. 01jili reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment methods.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using 01jili services:

• Persons under the age of 21 years
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Persons with a history of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of casino services
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of 01jili or its affiliated companies
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from 01jili or other gaming platforms
• Persons acting on behalf of third parties or using accounts for commercial purposes

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All financial transactions on 01jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, Landbank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment (via Cliqq), and cryptocurrency wallets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account verification status, and player history.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with transaction details and proof of payment. 01jili does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. It is your responsibility to review your payment provider's fee structure.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested via the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 500). Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary based on account status, VIP tier, and verification level. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 1-3 hours for verified accounts
• Bank transfers: 1-3 business days
• Cryptocurrency: 1-6 hours depending on network confirmation times

Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional identity verification. 01jili reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if there are outstanding wagering requirements, bonus conditions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a PHP 1,000 bonus, you must wager PHP 35,000 in qualifying games before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%-20%) or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are provided in the terms of each promotion.

3.4 Fees and Charges

01jili does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers (banks, e-wallets, crypto networks) may impose their own fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method is denominated in a currency other than PHP. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

01jili is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We comply with all applicable AML regulations and PAGCOR requirements. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, freeze accounts, or confiscate funds if we have reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, fraud, or breach of AML policies.

4. Gameplay and Betting Rules

4.1 Game Integrity

All games on 01jili are powered by certified third-party game providers and utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories (GLI, iTech Labs, eCOGRA). Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or the operator. 4.2 Game Rules

4.4 Game Restrictions

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements or promotional campaigns. Restricted games are clearly indicated in the terms of each promotion. Wagering on restricted games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.5 Irregular Play

01jili reserves the right to investigate and take action against irregular play patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette), using bugs or exploits to gain unfair advantage, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, or any other behavior deemed abusive or contrary to the spirit of fair play. Accounts engaged in irregular play may be suspended, winnings confiscated, and bonuses voided.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

01jili offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are presented at the time of the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per time period

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 01jili and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment instruments
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to hack 01jili systems

Violation of these prohibitions may result in criminal prosecution and civil liability in addition to account closure and forfeiture of balances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 01jili, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and website design, is the exclusive property of 01jili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The 01jili name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to 01jili.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 01jili services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from 01jili without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 01jili and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use 01jili services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

01jili is not liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, internet outages, or network disruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account due to failure to maintain password confidentiality
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider errors or delays
• Errors in game results caused by software malfunctions (voided wagers are refunded)
• Actions taken by regulators, government authorities, or payment processors
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of deposits you have made to 01jili in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of 01jili services, or any transactions conducted on the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 01jili customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 01jili. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

11. Amendments and Modifications

01jili reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address or through prominent notification on the platform. Continued use of 01jili services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 01jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds or restricted balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

01jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of bonuses or irregular play
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity for more than 365 consecutive days

Upon termination by 01jili, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination is due to breach of terms, fraud, or prohibited activity. We will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate funds to compliant players.
